Body Detox

Body detox is an extremely beneficial process of eliminating, reducing or neutralizing toxins which can be found throughout the liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, skin and lymph glands, etc. For truly optimal health it is extremely important for each individual to body detox on a regular basis.
